Policies

You will receive a confirmation/reminder message prior to your scheduled appointment.  Please confirm your appointment. Failure to reply to the confirmation/reminder message does NOT cancel your appointment and is subject to the cancellation/no show policies. You must notify me if you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment.

If you are late for your appointment, the length of your massage maybe shortened. No discounts will be deducted for the missed time.

Any cancellations within 1 hour of your scheduled appointment time will require your payment of $75.

Notification from you must be made to cancel your appointment. Not showing up for your appointment without a cancellation message from you will require your payment of $100. After that, any future appointments you make will need to be paid in full, at regular price, at the time of scheduling. No refunds unless a cancelation is made with 24+ hours notice.
